Scripture Verses, Inspire Your Entrepreneur Journey

We are nearing the end of the 1st quarter in 2018.  Some us have already experienced a little frustration, had to make hard decisions, new experiences and challenges.  Some of us have exceeded our goals and are now implementing new services and programs.  Some of us have stopped or quit.

The Bible is packed with life lessons – stories of humankind's experience with God.

I have gathered some inspirational bible verses that will help you hang in there in your business. Keep your Focus on seeking and listening for God’s direction.

I have a prayer life, but then one of my sessions with my purposeful living coach included Meditation! It helped me to clear my mind so that I can listen for God.

I am an active person, planning and being in my creative mode, but I believe God has been waiting on me to make MORE time in my daily life for him.

Learn to fast and pray as a regular practice when big decisions are required.

Build your foundation, here are my 10 bible verses.  Know that you can always glean inspiration from God’s Holy Word.

Romans 15:13 (NIV)
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the holy spirit.

God lives within all of us. The joy of the Lord is your strength. Nothing in heaven or on Earth can separate us from God’s love. In times of trouble, it will be important to remember that. Being a child of God is your ultimate protection.

Isaiah 58:11 (NIV)
The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

When you are in communication with God on a regular basis, you will never wonder which way to go. Don’t be so focused with future goals and plans, that you forget to make the right decisions today. Live for today. Be ever present!

1 Peter 3:12 (NIV)
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

If you walk in the light, and do all you can to honor God he will hear the desires of your heart and in his time, if it is his will, he will answer your prayers. This is a lesson of you who are always.  Keep your mind, environment, social media free of things that does not honor God and you will be rewarded accordingly.

Proverbs 20:4 (NIV)
Sluggards do not plow in season; so at harvest time they look but find nothing.

Search for opportunities that lead to a harvest. having a willingness to work, and work in season. With certain seasons come opportunities. If these opportunities are pushed aside, you might find yourself in need but not reaping anything because you didn't work! Remember that the fruit comes after the labor.  You have do the work.  If it seems a bit overwhelming, acquire assistance.

Psalm 139:1-4 (NIV)
You have searched me, LORD, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you, LORD, know it completely.

God knows and sees all. Try to remain in Gods presence, while you are working, running errands, having lunch, keep God close.  He is the light that overshadows your fears and thoughts.

Psalm 119:27 (NIV)

Meditation is function of the mind and the heart. To clear your mind and focus on God’s word, allows his love to become clearer and his purpose for us becomes clearer to us. Learn to block out the noise and quiet your mind to meditate, but try it at the start of your day. Your goal should always remain at peace no matter what kind of fiery darts come your way.

Colossians 4:2 (NIV)
Devote yourself to prayer, being watchful and thankful.

Prayer changes things. My husband and I faced some difficult challenges while starting our business and working on ministry goals and I prayed for a breakthrough, and I talked to God about specific things.  Pray, Believe, Work and Slay with courage and worship and trust in God.

Psalm 116:17 (NIV)
I will sacrifice a thank offering to you and call on the name of the Lord.

Tithing is required of those God has blessed. Even if it’s a small tithe offering, it is important to be a blessing to God’s house. For it is not how much you will give, but because we believe that God has already blessed us when he gave his only-begotten Son.  He already did it!

I didn't tithe for a long time but when I started to again, My husband tithed, and I realized God was not going to bless a house divided.  It has truly been amazing!  Wanting to give is a great freedom bestowed upon us.

My prayer for you is that God’s word has inspired you to stay focused in your business. Believe in Him and grow as a child of God, Lead in Love, Give your heart to the Lord and let him use you. Let your purpose and story inspire others.

Remember, God's Word is a source of strength.
